Hey — sorry for the late reply — though actually, come to think of it, the delay means my reponse has more data on which to base itself.
I’m cool with the aesthetics of the new look. So I’d say go for it…
…except that the text is too hard to read. I don’t mean that I have difficulty reading it; I just mean that the strip is now more tiring to read; it takes more effort. Heck, it’s not even strong enough that one notices it while reading — perhaps the best way to put it is thus: it’s less inviting. Easier to put off reading it until later.
